Default reverse on a 3206 yerf dog

how hard would it be to install a reverse kit on a yerfdog.
are there alot of parts involved... how much work are we talking about here
and will the cart lose power
when riding?

It's not real hard. I just did it myself recently. Here's a few pics and some descriptions. http://buggymasters.com/forum/showth...?t=2601&page=2

You'll need a longer output shaft, gearbox gasket, gear lube, reverse gearbox, cable, shift lever, something to adapt the cable to the shifter, and longer drive chain.

You'll actually gain top speed, but will need to install a larger axle sprocket to regain you're bottom end. (the reverse gearbox has 16 teeth while the stock sprocket has 13 teeth, so it's like adding overdrive)

There is a kit specifically for the Yerfdog if it's not sold out. Runs around $300 for it.

This site blocks us from posting the website, so you'll just have to google yerdog reverse. And while yuo're there check out the front hubs for your larger tires you're asking about as well.
