manufacture date?

I have a yerf dog spiderbox. The s/n is 5L0953, I think. Will this tell me the date of manufacture? I want to try to register it for the trails in Maine, but I will probably need a manufacture date to put on the reg. Thanks in advance.

Not really for sure but i think the 5N09 denotes it as a 2009 model?
