If my carter talon 125 is same as 150 setup, will the 180cc big bore kit still fit?

it can
you'd have to have the cases bored at a machine shop to be able to drop in the cylinder. i beleive you'd need a 61mm jug kit and a 61mm stroked crank. tom syc can do the machine work in house and has good experience w/ this.
i just took apart a customers 180 he did himself (including the boring which he did w/ a dremel)............not pretty! epic fail!

i might add that you can drop in up to a 58.5mm jug (155cc) w/out machine work, anything bigger requires the machine shop.

A dremel??? Wow!! Won't do that. This 125 does pretty good, if 155 is bolt on maybe I will just do that!??
