Stick the outer case in the freezer overnight. then try tapping it gently with a rubber or leather mallet from the outside fo the case. There might be bearing removal tools available that are large enough to expand inside the race enough to grab it and pull it. If you can't find one of those, a pair of large spring clip reverse pliers (they have grip textured outer tangs and expand outwards when squeezed) might do the trick. if the freezing alone doesn't help it out, try freezing it, then applying propane torch heat around the aluminum casing surrounding the bearing. All else fails, you could also weld a large washer to the end of a piece of 3/8ths threaded rod, then carefully weld that inside the race. find a heavy hunk of metal (a hammer head would work) slip that on the rod followed by a washer big enough for the hammer head to hit against, then a nut. instant slide hammer.

If you have an autozone nearby, they loan what is called a blind bearing puller. Or depending on how tight it is, you can heat the outside or the case around the bearing. Once the case is heated up you can smack it on a phone book or similar, assuming the case is not still attached to the buggy.

After much thought and many failed attempts, I went ahead and ordered all new Transmission bearings and seals and the Outer Trans Half. Thanks for all the tips, and if anyone needs a screwed up Outer Trans Half. Lol
