Dies when you hit the throttle

So i have a 30mm carb, cdi, coil, fmf exhaust, slider weights, and uni air filter and it wasnt running right so i switched the jets to 40 and 140.. it ran better with no bogging but all of the sudden it backfired and now when you give it any throttle it just dies.. It wont turn off after you start it either with the key..... I have tried everything, any suggestions of what it is?

air , spark , gas.
If it idels but dies when you give it gas Then to me it sounds like a gas issue.
It sounds like flooding ! Needle jet mite not be seating corretly ! causing it to flood !
Check that next. WHat ever it may be its in the carb !

Start by going back to the normal sized pilot. The slightest pilot jet adjustment will make one hell of a difference. In particular, going too big can make it die when you hit the gas.
