Default New guy from West Michigan

Just a quick introduction. I'm a 2 stroke Jetski guy. I picked up a XRS 150 for my kids a couple weeks ago. It is a 2013. This is my first 4 stroke toy. I have had her running for about 20 minutes without issues. First it was the carb, and now I think the stater clutch has gone out. Additionally, the the transmission doesn't want to shift from forward to reverse or vise versa without shutting down the machine. I will use the search function to find the repair solutions, but any input will be appreciated. Looking forward to using the site. If these buggies can be modded for better performance and maintain reliability like Jetskis I'm sure I will be doing that as well. Fatman

Default welcome aboard

Try either adjusting your cable or turning down your idle.

I have a TM XRX 150, and I second the suggestion that you turn the idle down. If mine is above 650 rpm or so, it won't shift fwd/rev.. My only complaint bone stock was the wheel bearings...
