Default 150 cc roketa buggy

I'm new to this site need help on roketa 150 buggy. Won't take full throttle just misses and sputters. I have put brand new carb but didn't change at all. I was thinking cdi box just needing some input. Thanks

couple items to check before buying parts. valve settings. check the sparkplug to see if it's too lean or rich. gas cap vent--make sure it isn't plugged. ditto on the tank and lines. then you may want to look at coil and cdi.

All the above. Also check for air leaks around the carb area with carb cleaner. If idle changes tune you have a leak. Don't spray inside your filter.

The rubber intake boot is prone to leaking due to age and heat. When I work on my carb I remove the carb with the intake to reduce the risk of cracking the intake boot.
