Looking at your last set of thumbnails I can't tell, do you install baffles in the exhaust or are they left open and why is the rear section seperable (bolt on)? How much to build one for my SunL SLGK-160 / type B / gy6 and ship it to Phx, AZ? FYI, the original pipe did not mount by way of the kick start stub. Which style flange gasket do you recomend to be used with your pipes?

Thanks

no there is no baffle in the exhaust. the tips are bolt on because the idea for the future was to have a tunable exhaust. eventually i would like to experiment w/ different configurations and test them so if i stumble on something that might work better or change the powerband that might be better suited for different riding i can make that available to customers. this is how i found the current tip opening that worked the best for me and seems to be working well for everyone who owns one so far. i'm hoping to come up w/ a few different ones and document the characteristics through testing. then if someone wants to change up a little bit they can buy a different tip. this will take time of coarse but it is a plan for the future. w/ some pics and measurements i beleive i can make a mount that could be adjustable if it doesnt mount off of the cvt cover.
is this what you are referring too?

i made an exhaust for one of these but ended up cutting off the original mount and going to the cvt cover

normal price is $119 but ive had a special sice june that i'll probably keep rolling w/ for now @ $99
shipping is $28, that seems to get them just about anywhere in the U.S. w/out an issue. the box tends to be on the larger side.

as far as the gasket on the stock heads the donut seems to work fine . for after market oversized heads i do have the ncy gaskets donuts are free the gaskets are $5

Thanks for the quick response. If I end up keeping the original engine I will get back to you ASAP to get one going for me. I like to pre-planning aspect of the pipes you are building. It sounds like you think like I do, always looking ahead for more possibilities. Good job, keep it up.

well i guess i can introduce the CROSSFIRE 150R / BAJA REACTION exhaust.
this is the longest 150 pipe thus far. made for those upward swing exhaust for the howhit internal reverse motors that are mounted favoring the left side of the swingarm. miamieddie just got one. came back from a sprint down the raosd and back w/ wide eyes 5 minutes after install. waiting for more feedback but an immediately noticeable difference.
