Hammerhead Twister Question

The Hammerhead that I got today has two lines coming off of the bottom of the engine block going to what appears to be an oil cooler....Is this particular engine pressure oiled and where will I find an oil filter ?

I've seen a couple manuals showing an oil cooler with the filter right next to it, but i thought those were only on the 250s? maybe someone got inventive and added one?

I really lucked up and got the owners manual with this one and it says splash/pressure oiling and has a schematic for the oil pump.
