Default Building a gy6 ????

Hey fixing to build my sons buggy motor just throwing
out a line to see what y'all have to say on this build I am
thinking about the big valve head, 59mm drop in, high pro
coil and cdi up grade. Will this give him signifagante shake
rattle and roll or not much change.
I would like to change the exhaust will it have diff size on
the new head ?
I've considered the bigger big bore but not sure were to
have my case done here in henryetta ok or what Kidda
price that takes. So that's why we are at the 59 mm

the big valve head, most likely, will have 30 mm intake and exhaust port openings. A stock exhaust will bolt up but it's kinda counter productive for the hp capabilities of that head. The modifications you listed will perk up the motor quite a bit but probably not as dramatic as you might imagine

So were should I go just put a big valve head as his head
needs fixed or replaced ring it and ride. Really don't have
the budget to get a 300$ exhuast too.
