Cool External reverse information needed .

I have a King cobra 150 ( SYM eng. ) Got 25 hr's on it now and feeling guilty about not doing any disassembly / maintenance on the reverse unit , I know its a planetary gear setup of sorts but never seen an explode view or details on lubrication . I have removed the guard bolts / seem to go all the way through outer housing and pumped grease into it but not sure if it is getting to where it's needed . We ride really DIRTY and am sure it's time to disassemble , clean , and lube . Advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Default reverse box

this is a breakdown I found for a crossfire 150R, after a year or so of searching, I don't know if yours would be the same, but is probably similar to this one.

oldkid, when I took one of my old reverse gear boxes apart believe it or not there wasn't any crud in there at all. They do stay sealed pretty well. But if you are going to clean it out all it takes is grease.

Cool

Thanks for the replies , I didn't mention the fact that ever since I bought it ( with less than 10 hours on it ) it has a come and go whirring sound when you accelerate in reverse , like a drill motor with a bad bushing , don't use reverse alot so kinda got ignored -- SHAME SHAME Only rode the 4 wheelers once this year , so I guess we'll switch over and park the buggies for the next ride . I'm really hoping not to find it DRY from the factory , that would kinda make you wanna puke . Anyways HAVE A GREAT DAY ! SEE YA
