Hot fuse

I recently replaced my battery, after that it would not start. I have to cross the solonoid to start. I checked the red starter button, traced wires and found fuse blown. I replaced fuse and it immediately blew, I put in 25amp and it does not blow, but gets very hot! any ideas??

You got a dead short somewhere in the electrical system. With that high amp fuse, you run the risk of frying your electrical system until you find it.
But on the up side.. the fried wiring will show you where the short is

Not trying to be mean or insulting, but did you hook up the battery backwards? I've seen it more times than I can count on cars and it usually blows fuses and burns up electronics. Makes me wonder if an AC cdi module will operate with the entire system having reverse polarity.

I did recheck the battery, the install is correct. I recently, before battery, replaced the solonoid, Is it possible I crossed polaridy on it?

or, could the rectifier be poss. cause? I checked the wiring at it and there is no burnt wires or connector. I cant find any bad wiring anywhere??
