Smile Helix 150cc Gokart Carb Help!

I need to know how big the manifolds for this carburator are, im ordering a new carburator, and i tried measuring them and the inner one is 31mm and the airbox is 41mm, anyone kno if this is right?

figured it out! its a 24mm inner tube! just ordered it on ebay for 30$, thee float valve was stuck, and i tried pulling it out, just striped the thing so, the new one will work good! thanks slick
