gy6 engine wont start
The engine was running but it could only idle. I took the petcock of messed with it, put it back on and hooked everything up and now it won't start, not even fire. Not sure what could have happened. It has been sitting for 3 years And I changed the oil and gas, not sure what else to do since it was idling and 10 minutes later it wont even fire with starter fluid. And help would be great thanks

Welcome- Amazed you got it to start!!Does it get spark @ the spark plug? Cleaning the carb is going to probably be your next move- fresh gas would have moved the debris into smaller openings and clogged it up completely.

Something else you might try,,,make sure the battery is fully charged
I had the same prob with my gy6,,, it would start and idle,,,but when I put the coals to it,,,it would just die,,,,put a good deep dharge on the battery,,,and she ran like a scalded dog
