2010 carter talon motor ideas

So I got what I'm told is a 2010 carter talon sx150 and am interested in installing a snowmobile engine. How would I go about keeping reverse? Would I have to install the whole chaincase as well or is there a way to keep the stock cvt? And I've tried to search for someone with a build thread for a sled motor install but can't find one does anyone know of a link to any good builds?

Here's mine. I had a 250 with external reverse. Nice that I kept reverse but it was a big percentage of the work.

Ya that's the only gOod thread I've seen, I thought it was the snowmobile chaincase on there
