Default New Exhaust pipe

Hey guys, long time no see but the Helix is running just as strong as ever!

I was about to post here questioning about this new modification ASW has on their exhaust. Turns out after a quick exchange of emails that they have added an air injector to the exhaust system. I was wondering what the extra part we received was for.

Just thought I'd share it with everyone in case not many knew about this unless they bought a recent ASW machine... Now time for me to finish up installing this new tail light I'm adding to my light system and test out the new exhaust

That is emissions junk that has been added. It is not an improvement and will reduce performance.

Well good thing I ended up capping it off - the attachment wouldn't even fit. Battery was in the way.

Nope, this was a replacement muffler straight from the factory. I've gone through 3 mufflers, and this last one had this mod for some reason.

Has the muffler failed or is the pipe breaking?I have a lot of pipe breakage and found that if you weld a 3/8' rod that matches the bent eliminates that problem.

The muffler failed several times on me, the baffle plate on the inside keeps coming loose. If I shake the thing, it'll rattle badly. The new one's holding up as of one run so far.

As many times as you've replaced it you could have bought a FMF slip on 2 or 3 times over and had better preformance.
