Reverse Problems on Kinroad 150

my kinroad 150 reverse isn't working, i pulled or the adjustments all the way and still nothing, i hear it trying to grab but nothing. its the outer reverse one. Any ideas what it could be?

if your idle is to fast can't go into reverse
try turning off motor put into reverse
adjust idle
if you have the plastic shift lever replace with a metal one
looks like 1/2 circle on reverse

A lot of machines with external reverse have the cables connected to an arm that is pulled or pushed to engage D / R After time they can use some adjustment. Adjust slightly in one direction and see how it works. Gets worse? Go the other direction.
