Year model of an H250?

I purchased a used HH250ss recently and would like to pin down the year it was made. I found a serial number on the frame behind the driver's seat, but how to I translate that to the year it was made?

Had you tried registering on it manufacturer site and then by registering your pin, you might get the to know the year it was made
