hardware source?

I'm searching high and low for these Non of my searches have found something suitable.
Steel sleeves - 3/4 outer dia.
3/8 inner dia.
3-1/2" long
the problem is the length! All my usual source only offers up to 2-1/2"
I would like to find some longer lengths of stock so I could cut my own.

did a little digging and for whatever reason, 3/4 x 3/8 seems to be a non-existent size in most of the common supply catalogs.
maybe have a local machine shop bore out some 3/4 rod stock?
I have to go that route to get internally threaded rod for the heim joints i want in my a-arms. $50 for four done to my spec.
